Raam Jani, a nationally-recognized Private Equity/M&A attorney with BakerHostetler will be presenting the “Legal Aspects of ETA” on Thursday, March 5th. Raam brings decades of experience structuring and leading search fund and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) transactions. His interactive presentation will cover the spectrum of legal matters encountered by search fund entrepreneurs from formation through acquisition.
