The team at Ventura are operators at heart, the firm was founded in 1998 to acquire and operate 1 business in the financial services industry, Javier Molinar, one of the partners operated the business for 10 years achieving a 25x net return for investors. Since 2012 Ventura has been operating its own proprietary deals as well as being actively involved in its search fund investments.
