Join us for a conversation with Andy Dunn (Weinberg '00), Founding CEO of Bonobos and Co-Founder/CEO of Pumpkin Pie, where Andy will discuss his entrepreneurial journey and managing his personal mental health. Andy’s new book, Burn Rate: Launching a Startup and Losing My Mind, details the high-highs and the low-lows of his journey with Bonobos, from its early beginnings in his Manhattan apartment to its eventual acquisition by Walmart. Through the lens of Andy’s experience with bipolar disorder, the book intimately explores the precarious balance of managing your mental health and leading a successful business.

In this session, we will have a candid conversation about entrepreneurship’s effect on mental health, the dark sides of hustling and success, and lessons learned from the edge. Lunch will be provided, and attendees will receive a copy of Burn Rate: Launching a Startup and Losing My Mind.

This session is being produced in partnership with the Waldron Student-Alumni Connections Program at the Weinberg College of Arts & Sciences and the Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies at the Feinberg School of Medicine.
