Lilia Kogan is a program manager for Propel at The Garage. She has been a mentor at The Garage and Kellogg’s New Venture Discovery courses since 2017. Lilia has been a start-up investor and a member of Hyde Park Angels, a midwest-focused group, since 2013. Prior to shifting professional focus to angel investing and start-up mentoring, Lilia had a career spanning healthcare, consumer and technology industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Applied Math from Northwestern and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
