About Us

Kellogg's Evening & Weekend Black Management Association (BMA) group's mission is to create a community that supports, develops, and advances Black leaders through their Kellogg journey and beyond. BMA delivers on these goals by leveraging academic and professional resources that provide opportunities for our members to grow via networking, social events, and engagement with senior leaders and alumni across varied fields of interest. We foster a community that empowers students to celebrate their authentic selves and see the value in their identities. We also push to redefine the status quo within these walls by driving the urgency of change to the greater student body, faculty, staff and Kellogg community. We will achieve this by being visible, adding value, and sharing our voice. Change is sustained by action. BMA is that action.
