39th Annual BMA Conference: Pay Me in Equity

Now in its 39th year, the BMA Conference is Kellogg’s longest standing
tradition and one of our most anticipated events. It brings together
students, alumni, and faculty to engage in transformative conversations at
the intersection of business and equity. This year’s theme, “Pay Me in Equity:
exploring the power of opportunity and ownership,” is inspired by Beyoncé’s
iconic phrase and serves as a double entendre, championing both financial
and social equity.

Through keynote addresses, dynamic panels, and interactive sessions,
attendees will explore topics including leadership, entrepreneurship, and
financial empowerment. We aim to spark bold dialogue and drive meaningful
action to build wealth and equity, while the conference provides a platform
to celebrate achievements and inspire the next generation of leaders.
