Speaker Biography
Damona Hoffman is a sought-after public speaker and media personality with over 15 years of experience in front of and behind the camera. Her career began in TV casting at CBS Television. She was Casting Administrator of Paramount TV and at NBC she served as a casting executive and Director of Talent Diversity Initiatives. Damona rose through the ranks at NBC Universal to become Vice President of Programming at Syfy before moving on to launch her own production company.

While working in casting, Damona developed a program to teaching audition and branding techniques to actors and over the last 15 years she has adapted these techniques to help people achieve personal and professional success.

You may also know her as the host and expert of the ground-breaking FYI TV series, #BlackLove, in which she taught a group of Black women how to use her powerful personal branding & presentation techniques to find love. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University and a Graduate Certificate in Producing from UCLA.
