At Eaton, we have an amazing opportunity for MBAs, who have some relevant business experience and who are ready to take their career to the next level through our Global Leadership Development Program. As a program participant, you will complete two assignments, each approximately one year in length, in a specific functional discipline such as operations, supply chain, marketing or business development. The assignments will help the participant develop a wide range of Eaton leadership competencies such as business strategy, business acumen and leveraging resources. The scope of the assignments allows participants the opportunity to provide value to the organization by achieving a well-defined, important strategic objective.
Graduates of the program are prepared for manager level roles in supply chain, sales, operations excellence, manufacturing operations and product marketing. Alumni of the program hold a variety of leadership roles including Acquisition Integration Leader, Operations Manager, International Sales Manager, Business Development Director, Product Manager, Plant Manager, Global Marketing Manager, Customer Support Manager and General Manager/Vice President.
The minimum qualifications for the program are as follows:

· MBA, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field preferred
· Minimum of five years of work experience between undergraduate and graduate degrees
· Authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis, without visa sponsorship
