The Business Leadership Club aims to inspire and facilitate lifelong learning about leadership and to promote a leader-focused culture at Kellogg.

The primary objectives are to:

• Encourage a passion to improve the world through team leadership
• Create the foundation of a Leadership Development Program at Kellogg
• Build awareness of Kellogg as a premiere institution for the development of leaders
• Expand Kellogg's reach with business and non-business leaders
• Recognize outstanding leadership inside and outside the Kellogg community

This is accomplished through:

• Speaker events featuring experienced and provocative business leaders
• Social and networking events with eachother and alumni
• Discussions about leadership approaches, skills, and techniques
