How do you navigate your identity and career journey after Kellogg? In this session, we invited 3 Asian alumni and faculty member, to share with us their journey in understanding and embracing their identity in their personal and professional life.

We will cover topics top of mind for the AAPI community including:
-How has the model minority perception played out in one's professional life
-Asians are not a monolith
-Mental health in regards to struggling with/understanding/embracing one's Asian identity
-Career progression and mentorship

Panelists include:
Aaron Fung - Inclusion and Diversity Business Partner at Pinterest, Co-president of the Midwest chapter of Ascend
Cynthia Wang - Kellogg professor in Management and Organizations
Elmer Almachar - Kellogg alumni, ex-McKinsey, currently working in the Deans office on high priority projects
Sheau-Ming Ross - Kellogg alumni, CFO at ModelOp, held CFO positions at various startups
