Ms. Pritchard brought her specialty retail knowledge to the operations of The Alshaya Group, a $2 billion+ global operation with over 44 brands and vast brick-and-mortar holdings throughout the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Russia. The company includes brands such as Starbucks, Office Depot, Debenhams, Payless ShoeSource, Express, Estee Lauder, P.F. Chang's, Pearl Vision, and DEAN & DELUCA.
Previously Ms. Pritchard was President and CEO, then vice-chairman of DEAN & DELUCA where she oversaw the revamping and revitalization of the catalog and web businesses, and established its Middle East franchising operations. As President and CEO of Bath & Body Works, she grew a tiny company based in Columbus, OH into a national chain of over 1600 stores with sales over $2 billion. During the same period, Ms. Pritchard served as CEO for The White Barn Candle Company, which she founded, with sales of $200 million, and as CEO of Victoria's Secret Beauty, with sales of $400 million. Ms. Pritchard earned her MBA at Marquette University, studied International Business Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Lucerne, Switzerland, and has attended and spoken at numerous international business seminars. Ms. Pritchard currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ecolab, and previously served on the Boards of Intimate Brands, Albertsons, and Borders Books. |

Carrie W. Teffner has served as Timberland's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2009, and is responsible for all aspects of finance and Information Technology. In this role, Ms. Teffner is also responsible for strategic planning and business development.
Prior to Ms. Teffner's role at Timberland, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sara Lee International Household and Body Care, based in the Netherlands. Ms. Teffner joined Sara Lee in 1988 and served in a variety of roles there, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasurer of Sara Lee Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of Champion Jogbra, Vice President of Administrative Transformation and Vice President and General Manager of Sara Lee Business Services. Ms. Teffner is a member of the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of Chicago. She also is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Ms. Teffner received both her BA and MBA degrees from the University of Vermont. |
