Welcome The purpose of the Women’s Business Association (WBA) is to support women at Kellogg through a variety of programming to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. The WBA strives to challenge, teach, and bond its members in a way that is meaningful and lasting. It serves as a source of information, networking, and advice to its diverse membership on issues related to careers, work-life balance, and personal interests and facilitates the exchange of ideas and resources among its members and the business community.
