The mission of the Women’s Business Association (WBA) is to connect, support and develop the women of Kellogg through a variety of programming to help them achieve a lifetime of professional and personal goals.  The WBA challenges, engages, and bonds its members in a way that is meaningful and lasting through innovative and frequent programming.  It serves as a source of information, networking, and advice to its diverse membership base on issues spanning to careers, professional and personal development, to facilitate the exchange of ideas and resources among our members and the broader business community.
