Pamela Boneham

Managing Director • Barings Real Estate Advisers

Pamela Boneham is with Barings Real Estate Advisers and oversees Barings Central Region equity investment and management activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, asset management and dispositions. Barings maintains a multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio of all major product types with approximately 50 investments in the Central Region.

Prior to joining Barings in 2013, Pam spent 16 years as a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director for Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, formerly known as RREEF. In her time there, she was the lead Portfolio Manager for several public and corporate pension fund separate accounts, including the firm’s largest separate account with assets under management in excess of $1.5 billion. During her tenure, she was President of RREEF America REIT, Inc., the company’s first private Real Estate Investment Trust. Pam was at Equity Office Properties and Jones Lang LaSalle earlier in her career.

Pam earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She is a full member of Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) and a member of ULI’s Industrial and Office Park Product Council’s Silver Flight. In Chicago, she co-chairs the Advisory Board for ULI Chicago Women’s Leadership Initiative. She is active in other professional and community associations, including the Economic Club of Chicago, Commercial Real Estate Women, James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate’s Board of Advisors and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Pam is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Michael Lascher

Michael Lascher

Managing Director • Blackstone

Michael Lascher is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group and the Global Head of Real Estate Debt Capital Markets, based in New York.

Mr. Lascher oversees the financing of all of Blackstone’s real estate investments, and since joining the firm in 2012, has been involved in over $60 billion of asset, stock and portfolio-level financings for investments such as BRE Select, Brixmor, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Equity Office Properties, Extended Stay America, Indcor, Invitation Homes, La Quinta and Hilton. He is also responsible for obtaining fund-level leverage utilized by Blackstone’s real estate investment vehicles.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Lascher was a Managing Director with the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy estate where he asset managed a portfolio of real estate investments. From 2004 until the company's bankruptcy, Mr. Lascher was a member of Lehman’s Global Real Estate Group where he focused on the origination, structuring and closing of CMBS financings. He previously was an associate in the real estate group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Mr. Lascher received a BA in History and Communications from The University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Livaditis

Steve Livaditis

Managing Director • Eastdil Secured

Stephen Livaditis is a managing director and partner of Eastdil Secured, LLC. He has also served on the firm’s board of directors as well as its management committee.

During his 25 years of real estate investment banking experience, Mr. Livaditis has been involved in a number of significant commercial transactions in the US, with a focus on office and retail properties. At Eastdil Secured, Mr. Livaditis’ transaction experience includes the two largest office and retail transactions in Chicago history — Willis Tower ($1.3 billion) and Woodfield Mall ($1 billion).

Mr. Livaditis is a graduate of the University of Utah and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He is also a general securities representative (GS, S-7) with the National Association of Securities Dealers and an agent (AG, S-63) in the state of Illinois. He serves on the board of directors of the Big Shoulders Fund, an organization that supports inner-city Catholic schools in Chicago.

Dan Rosenbloom

Dan Rosenbloom is a Managing Director and co-head of the Investments Team. Prior to Cadre, Dan led the acquisitions team at GEM Realty Capital, where he spent 11 years and was on the investment committee involved in setting investment strategy for GEM Realty Properties and GEM Realty Securities. Before GEM, he was Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where he focused on acquisitions and originations of equity, mezzanine debt, and other subordinate debt secured by real estate assets and operating companies. Prior to that, Dan worked in J.P. Morgan’s syndicate and leverage finance group, focusing primarily on the real estate industry, and at Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), assisting with asset and portfolio sales, asset level debt and equity placements, and corporate finance transactions. Dan received his M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management and B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
