With ever increasing competitive pressures and endless modes of personal communication, the marketing landscape is evolving from a motto of “command and control” to that of “connect and collaborate”. Successful organizations are engaging in a continuous dialogue with their customers, adapting to their wants and needs, and basing future investments on the insights generated within this feedback loop. By doing so, they are effectively co-creating value with their customers.
The 2012 Kellogg Marketing Conference will try to address all aspects of closed loop marketing and provide insights into how companies can effectively engage and partner with their customers. Our keynotes and panel topics will emphasizes various ways that companies can reach the hearts and minds of their customers - from cause-driven marketing to the application of neuroscience in customer insight - to generate maximum return on their marketing investments.
