Lexi Mele-Algus is a Class of 2014 student at the Kellogg School of Management, with intended majors in Healthcare Management and Strategy. Her summer internship is in Quality and Operations Support internal consulting for The Permanente Medical Group of Kaiser Permanente. Prior to Kellogg, Lexi worked for a Vivaldi Partners, a brand strategy consulting firm, in New York City. Prior to that, she was an Analyst at Huron Consulting Group, where she focused on hospital revenue cycle consulting. Lexi received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Max is a Class of 2014 student at the Kellogg School of Management, with intended majors in Healthcare Management and Finance. His summer internship is with the business development group at Genentech. Most recently, he was an Associate Consultant at ZS Associates, where he advised clients in the pharmaceutical industry on sales and marketing strategy issues. Max received his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Columbia University.

Greg Darland is a 2014 Kellogg student with intended majors in Health Enterprise Management, Marketing, and Management and Strategy. During the summer of 2013, he will be working for L.E.K. Consulting where he will focus on life science growth strategy engagements. Prior to Kellogg, he worked for UBS Investment Bank where he traded equity derivatives and equity volatility products. During his time at UBS, he was responsible for principal facilitation trading, proprietary volatility trading, automated trading system development, and derivatives risk management.

John Kuelper is a student in Northwestern’s joint MBA and JD program (class of 2014). John studied cognitive neuroscience at Washington University in St. Louis before working in medical research and regulatory roles in the neuroscience, cardiac electrophysiology and medical robotics industries. John then launched a Health IT business which built data management software and provided strategic consulting services to medical technology companies. Since returning to school, John has worked with private equity firms Adams Street Partners and Sterling Partners on projects at the intersection of investing, healthcare services, technology, and legal reform.

Anand Nagarajan is a class of 2014 student at the Kellogg School of Management. He has over seven years of experience in general medicine and public health administration. Prior to Kellogg, he managed a Federal-funded pharmaceutical assistance program for the SC State Department of Health. He is very passionate about healthcare, and has taken on leadership responsibilities in the Healthcare club, Business of Healthcare Conference & the Kellogg east coast healthcare trek. Anand also volunteers his time to various nonprofits and community organizations that address HIV/AIDS and other public health issues. He earned his clinical degree (MD) from Bangalore University, and has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of South Carolina.

Ashley Harris is a 2014 Kellogg School of Management student. Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Ashley attended college at Emory University, majoring in Economics. After school she spent six years at Triage Consulting Group, running revenue cycle review projects for hospitals nationwide. Interested in pursuing a career in healthcare marketing, Ashley decided to return to business school at Kellogg. She was the Logistics Chair for the 2013 Women’s Leadership Workshop, a Marketing Lead for the 2012 Kellogg Business of Healthcare Conference, now a Marketing Co-Chair for the 2013 version, and the Marketing Chair for the Healthcare Club. Ashley will be interning with Medtronic this summer.

Rochelle Ross is a 2014 MBA Candidate at the Kellogg School of Management, with intended majors in Healthcare Management and Strategy. She will be working for the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey for her summer internship. Before enrolling at Kellogg, Rochelle worked in advertising, market research, and consulting for the digital advertising agency Rosetta (a Publicis company) in New York City. Rochelle has a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Michigan.
