Welcome to the Hispanic Business Student Association (HBSA) website! The HBSA is a student founded and run organization at the Kellogg School of Management dedicated to helping U.S. Latinos learn about and make the most of their time at Kellogg. Our goals are to improve Kellogg's visibility in the U.S. Latino community, increase the presence of Latino MBA students in the Kellogg community, and focus on minority corporate recruiting issues. Our mission is to:

1. Increase enrollment of Hispanic students at Kellogg;
2. Provide career opportunities for the Hispanic community at Kellogg; and 
3. Equip the overall Kellogg community with an understanding of the Hispanic market, that enables them to better serve their companies.
