Conference History

The Black Management Association (BMA) Conference is Kellogg’s longest running conference, bringing together over 200 attendees each year to discuss groundbreaking ideas and new challenges facing future business leaders. The conference seeks to bring unique development opportunities to BMA members, alumni, and the greater Kellogg community. Past speakers include Don Thompson, Roslyn Brock, and Barack Obama.

Cultural capital refers to non-financial social assets that promote accomplishment beyond economic means. This year’s conference seeks to present examples of the macro and micro level sources of Cultural Capital and tools for leveraging themto advance organizations and careers.
