What is Peer Feedback?

A special Qualtrics survey that allows you to gather feedback from classmates youve worked with on group projects, clubs, conferences, and other activities. Team members will help you identify strengths, development areas, and provide specific comments about your most and least effective leadership behaviors.

Why should I use it?

Were all busy, we all work in many groups/teams, and were all here for such a short time. We all want to leave Kellogg with an even stronger leadership & collaboration skill set. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we can help each other by providing honest, constructive feedback about what were doing well, and what we could be doing differently or better.   While feedback is ideally communicated face-to-face, Peer Feedback is an anonymous survey alternative that makes giving and receiving feedback an efficient process.

How does it work?

One-Time Setup is easy!

When should I ask for Feedback?

Its your call. If you havent had significant interaction with your team members, they may not feel they have enough information yet to provide feedback to you. Ideally, you should gather feedback at a midpoint, internalize it, and survey again at the end to check for progress. This works well for longer team situations such as Clubs and Conference Teams. Class groups can be trickier since they do not last as long and the amount of team interaction can vary; typically students survey class groups at the end of the term.
