Our primary objectives are to:

• Create the foundation for a Leadership Development Program at Kellogg
• Build awareness of Kellogg as a premiere institution for the development of leaders
• Expand Kellogg's reach with business and non-business leaders
• Recognize outstanding leadership both within and outside of the Kellogg community
