Tanya Bruskewitz Carlson has a decade of program and project leadership experience that has afforded her the opportunity to tackle a variety of challenges: from working with clients launching weather technology solutions to helping a Fortune 100 client navigate a divestiture to leading a B2B professional services marketing team to her most recent adventure implementing AI and machine learning powered Uptake solutions.
Personally speaking, she is a proud Wisconsin Badger and Kellogg alumna! A sense of curiosity drives her to travel the world, recipe test in the kitchen, and practice yoga in her free time. Tanya, her husband, and rescue dog, Baxter, live in Chicago's River North neighborhood and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new family member this spring!
Mauro Mujica-Parodi
Chief Product Officer
Narrative Science
As Chief Product Officer, Mauro leads the Product Management, Design, and Engineering functions, and is responsible for Narrative Science’s product and technology strategy as well as overseeing the product portfolio. Additionally, he oversees the company's Incubator program - a cross-functional team dedicated to exploring innovative technology and ideas that will propel its customers forward. Prior to joining Narrative Science, Mauro spent several years working for McKinsey & Company in their banking practice as well as serving as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Mauro earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA from Georgetown University.

Brij Shah is currently General Manager, SMB segment in the Billing and Payments business at Fiserv, a market leader in financial technology and payments. After graduating from the part-time program in 2012, Brij worked with McKinsey’s Chicago office on strategy engagements in high-tech sector. Brij has spent over 20 years building and growing product businesses in financial services space. Brij also invests and serves as a board advisor in early-stage companies.
JoAnna Thomas
Co-funder of IHAV2 Foundation and CEO of Network JO Inc
JO, a medically retired mother, daughter/care-taker, entrepreneur and philanthropist. With a MBA from Northwestern, Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Notre Dame, JO uses her knowledge coupled with many lessons learned to help existing and aspiring business owners think outside the box. She offers a fresh perspective when evaluating branding and strategic goals. She has over 20 years in diverse financial analysis and corporate accounting couple with innovative yet agile program/project management. JoAnna has worked extensively amongst the elite and market leaders, most recently Apple and Amazon to name a few. JO loves developing relationships and creating connections amongst people with like goals, mutual interests, and needed resources to help entrepreneurs and professionals successfully grow within her community. She spends time coaching and mentoring those that are in need and more specifically want more!
Jeffrey Eschbach

JEFFREY ESCHBACH is an entrepreneur and tech innovator, with over 20 years of experience creating new products and businesses. He is the founder and CEO of Page Vault Inc., a company that transforms Internet content into evidence for the legal world. Before that, Jeffrey built a career leading R&D initiatives at Intel Japan and Motorola Research Labs. After moving to Chicago a decade ago, he became immersed in its growing startup scene, and now advises and invests in early-stage companies there. He received an MBA with honors from The Kellogg School of Management, regularly teaches entrepreneurship at the school, and serves as the Director of Program Outreach for the Kellogg Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative. He also holds undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Jeffrey is a National Science Foundation Fellow, has earned 11 USPTO patents related to cloud-computing, and frequently speaks on startup and corporate innovation topics.
